1. Using Price My Deck
Royal Deck operates Price My Deck (the “Site”). These Terms of Use govern use of the calculator, design preview and catalog. By using the Site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
You may use the Site to explore and discuss a potential deck project. Using the calculator, selecting a product or clicking a quote-request link does not place an order, reserve materials, book construction or create a customer construction contract.
2. Estimates, sample rates and catalog prices
The current calculator uses illustrative demo rates. Displayed ranges, subtotals and per-unit prices are not an offer to perform work at that price, a guaranteed budget or a binding bid. The displayed range is not a promise that a final quote will fall within it.
The imported catalog and historical assembly rates are provided for review. Pending catalog records do not calculate customer estimates, and a zero-price record does not mean an item is free. Product selections in Advanced Quote are design choices; they do not represent a completed priced quote.
Actual pricing depends on verified measurements, final materials, quantities, labor, location, access, existing structural condition and the agreed scope. Permit and engineering costs, tax, site work, repairs and other charges may be excluded from the displayed estimate. Confirm all inclusions and exclusions in a site-specific written quote.
Only a separate written agreement with the contracting business establishes the final scope, price, payment terms, schedule and any construction warranties. That agreement governs the construction work.
3. Renderings, material colors and design choices
The 3D preview is an illustrative concept. Dimensions, board layout, picture framing, overhangs, stairs, rails, posts, privacy screens, framing, foundations, skirting and light placement are approximate. A rendered component or arrangement does not confirm that the depicted design is structurally suitable, available for purchase or compliant with local requirements.
Photos, swatches, textures and rendered colors may vary with screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation and the selected product. Review physical samples and current manufacturer specifications before choosing final finishes. A product photo may show an example installation or finish different from your exact selection.
The preview is not a measured site plan, engineering analysis, fabrication document, permit drawing or installation instruction. Do not use it alone to construct a deck.
4. Site conditions, safety and construction requirements
A qualified professional must verify site measurements, existing-frame suitability, loads, footings, connections, railing and stair requirements, drainage and other conditions. Final work must follow applicable codes, permit and inspection requirements, manufacturer instructions and any required engineering.
Deck resurfacing is subject to inspection of the existing structure. Repairs, reinforcement or replacement may be necessary and may change the project scope and price. The Site does not determine whether a structure is safe or a permit or homeowners’ association approval is required.
5. Product information and availability
The Site presents selected products and finishes for planning. Product names, specifications, compatible combinations, colors, prices and availability can change. A catalog entry or image does not guarantee stock, delivery time or suitability for your project.
Confirm current specifications, compatibility, installation requirements and warranty terms with the manufacturer and Royal Deck before ordering or signing a construction agreement. Manufacturer warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer documents; displaying a brand does not create an additional warranty.

Royal Deck’s original site content is © 2026 Royal Deck. Other content and software are owned by or licensed from their respective owners and remain subject to applicable rights and licenses.
Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, product photos and other manufacturer materials belong to their respective owners. Manufacturer logos and photos are displayed with permission. Price My Deck is operated by Royal Deck, and is not operated by the manufacturers whose products appear here.
You may view the Site and save or print calculator results and concept previews for your own project planning and discussions with Royal Deck. This does not grant a license to reuse manufacturer logos or photos in your own advertising or to redistribute the Site’s materials commercially. Any broader use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
7. Acceptable use
Use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, overload the service, or infringe another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights. Do not present illustrative results as an approved Royal Deck quote, certified design or engineering document.
8. External websites, integrations and privacy
Quote-request and manufacturer links take you to external websites with their own terms and privacy notices. Compatible browser or assistant integrations may read or update the displayed calculator information when used; those services are also subject to their own terms and your settings.

9. Site availability and limitations
We may correct errors, update products and rates, change features or suspend access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every estimate, image or product entry is current or error-free.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its planning outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, suitability for a particular project or fitness for construction. You are responsible for having planning outputs professionally verified before relying on them for purchasing or construction decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Deck is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on illustrative estimates or concepts without obtaining the required verification and a separate written scope of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or changes warranties provided in a separate construction agreement.
10. Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date and apply to use of the Site from that date, subject to applicable law. Changes to these website terms do not change an already signed construction agreement.
